I believe I may be the owner of the world’s most sensitive digestive system; I bloat at the drop of hat. Sometimes I know the culprits (i’m looking at you gluten, corn flour, maize flour and sparkling drinks), other times I haven’t a Scoody Doo (cockney rhyming slang for clue) why I look as if I am about to give birth to triplets.
I completely understand and sympathise with those of you experiencing bloating. It can knock your confidence, feel extremely uncomfortable and be painful. I’ve lost count of how may times I have been double over in pain due to bloating/gut issues.
