5 minutes may not be long; you’re not going to be burning major calories or working up a serious sweat, but you are going to be toning and strengthening your entire body. Moreover, whether you excerise for 45 minutes or 5, every bit of movement counts and is a great thing you’re doing for your health.
Our bodies were made to move. Luckily nowadays we don’t have to run for our lives from saber tooth tigers however, we still need to regularly move.
