This ab workout is about TIME UNDER TENSION (or TUT for short). For the whole 10 minutes you are going to squeeze your abs tight, keep them engaged and under tension.
There are 10 moves in the workout, that’s a move a minute which may not sound like much but boy does it burn!
- Remember to BREATHE
- Go SLOW. Slower is better; quality over quantity. 15 slow and controlled bicycles beats 100 poor form fast ones.
- Don’t be afraid to MODIFY. This workout is for you and no one else. If you can’t lower straight legs to the floor, bend them.
- Don’t sacrifice FORM. When you’re lying on your back for an exercise, ensure your back is flat to the floor at all times. When in a plank, squeeze your belly button to your spin and squeeze your butt tight.
